Integrate ISWC Submission transactions via REST API

Labels can integrate their systems with the ISWC Database using the REST API operation labelled as "Array of ISWC submission objects that need to be added to the ISWC Database for a Label". This operation is the basic transaction for ISWC integration and support the provisional assignment and maintenance of an ISWC based on the submission of work metadata and the update of information on previously submitted metadata.
